Well, there was only one word to describe this weekend here in Chicago: HOT!!! I am not a guy who loves the heat and I had a friend in town this weekend and that meant walking around downtown in the burning heat. It was not much fun and I think I lost eighteen pounds.
Anyway, Monday a bunch of thunderstorms came through and wreaked havoc. It is now Tuesday evening and that looks to be a continuing theme. Most of the storms seem to have moved out of the area, and that means a cold front has come through. YAYY!!!
TONIGHT: It will be partly cloudy with a low down about 63.
TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and much cooler. High around 75.
TOMORROW NIGHT: Partly cloudy and much cooler, with a low in the mid-50s.
The humidity will be all-but gone as well. By the weekend the temperatures will be back up in the 80s, but there appears to be no rain predicted at this time through much of next week.
